It’s official. Lana Del Rey and alligator swamp tour guide Jeremy Dufresne got married in Louisiana last month.
After weeks of speculation about the status of their relationship, Del Rey and Dufresne’s marriage license was signed and returned to the Lafourche Parish Court Clerk for filing Friday.
The document, obtained by The Associated Press, lists Los Angeles pastor Judah Smith, who is also Justin Bieber’s pastor, as the celebrant.
The fifth track on Del Rey’s 2023 album Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd is titled “Judah Smith Interlude,” and Smith is credited as a co-writer.

TMZ first reported on September 26 that Dufresne and the singer, whose real name is Elizabeth Woolridge Grant, had obtained a marriage license.
The Associated Press confirmed that the license was obtained from the Lafourche Parish Court Clerk on Sept. 23, but it was immediately returned and not processed.
In Louisiana, marriage licenses must be returned by the officiant to the issuing office within 10 days of the ceremony, but there are exceptions, the clerk’s office said. The license was scheduled to expire Wednesday.

Stars who got married this year
The license states that Del Rey, 39, and Dufresne, 49, were married on Sept. 26 at 3:33 p.m. in a bayou in Des Allemands Bayou, Louisiana. Del Rey is the captain of Airboat Tours by Arthur.
The permit lists a home in Des Aleman, an unincorporated community in St. Charles Parish, as Del Rey and Dufresne’s residence.
It’s unclear when the two started dating, but there are photos of them together when Del Rey was on tour with Dufresne in 2019.

The 11-time Grammy-nominated artist has long been known for his nostalgic, romantic pop that frequently references vintage Americana imagery.
She has released nine studio albums and is perhaps best known for her Top 10 hit “Summertime Sadness” from her 2012 multiplatinum album Born to Die.
Del Rey’s representatives did not confirm the marriage when asked for comment last month and did not immediately respond to a request for comment Wednesday.
