Actress Sutton Foster has filed for divorce from her husband just three days before their 10th wedding anniversary.
The 49-year-old filed for an uncontested divorce from her husband, screenwriter Ted Griffin, 53, in New York County Supreme Court on October 22, according to court records viewed by People.
The couple have one child together, daughter Emily, 7, whom they adopted when she was born in 2017.

The Tony Award-winning couple got engaged in August 2013 and married on October 25, 2014 in Santa Barbara, California.
Griffin has written screenplays for films such as Ravenous, Matchstick Men, and Ocean’s 11.
Foster is known for her roles in Bunheads, Brooklyn’s Angriest Man, Young, The Good Wife, and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.
