Tyler the Creator is back! 2025 CHROMAKOPIA Australian Tour Announcement

Tyler, The Creator marks a significant moment in his checkered history of touring our shores as he announces his return to Australia and New Zealand for the 2025 CHROMAKOPIA World Tour . After being banned from entering Australia in 2015 due to controversial lyrics, Tyler returned in 2019 and then 2022, selling out shows with open arms. The tour will run from August to September 2025 and will support the band’s next album, “CHROMAKOPIA,” scheduled for release on Monday, October 28th.

“Noid” is the first official single from his long-awaited eighth studio album, and just an hour before the track hit streaming platforms, a disturbing music video was released. With visual direction from longtime collaborator Luis “Punch” Perez, the song delves into Tyler’s exploration of paranoia. The theme is a homage to his past work and is laced with references from across his discography. The familiar tension from previous albums can be discerned in lines like “Who’s in my window?”, a direct evocation of debut album Goblin and the track “Sea”.

Visually, CHROMAKOPIA appears to continue Tyler’s tradition of creating different characters and worlds with each release. From the colorfully dressed Tyler Legions of the IGOR era to the lush, supernatural aesthetic of Flower Boy, each LP exists in its own world. The creepy masked figures seen in CHROMAKOPIA’s visuals suggest that we may be in for something surreal and Hitchcockian.

Tyler’s Australian show will be joined by big name artists Lil Yachty and Paris Texas, both of whom will no doubt match the energy he brings to the tour.

Tickets will go on sale Friday, November 1st at 10am local time, and Frontier members will have access to the pre-sale starting Wednesday, October 30th. Click here for more information and to get tickets.

The dates and venues for the CHROMAKOPIA tour are as follows.

Friday 22 August 2025 – Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne
Saturday 23 August 2025 – Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne
