A day after the PlayStation Network was down for almost eight hours, it was Xbox’s turn as Xbox Live was down for most users.
Xbox tweeted that it is aware that users are experiencing issues with signing in, launching games, and joining parties, and that its technicians are looking into it.

The Xbox Status page shows your account and profile, friends and social activity, cloud gaming and remote play in red (critically impaired), and games and games in yellow (limited).
Down Detector, one of Australia’s leading websites that tracks website outages, made its first report at around 8:49pm, with more than 1,500 people reporting the outage over the next hour or so.
