Ahead of the Virgin River season 6 premiere, the drama has already received a renewal on Netflix.
The cast announced on Instagram Wednesday that the show has been renewed for a seventh season of 10 one-hour episodes. Patrick Sean Smith (Greek, Chasing Life) also returns as showrunner and executive producer.
Based on the book series of the same name by author Robin Carr, Virgin River follows Mel (Alexandra Breckenridge), a nurse who moves from Los Angeles to a remote town in Northern California in search of a new start. .
