The official trailer for They Will Kill You is here, and it looks like an absolutely insane and hilariously gory horror action comedy. However, there is one caveat. The trailer seems to show a lot. Zazie Beetz has a hellish night ‘Ready or Not’ style
If you have a soft spot for the “Oh, these rich weirdos are trying to kill me” subgenre, then this one is right in that genre, and you can’t help but be reminded of Ready or Not (a sequel is still in the works) when the blood starts flying.
The nightmarish setting here is The Virgil, a luxurious skyscraper that doubles as a twisted death trap for a satanic cult. One of the unlucky individuals is chosen as the next offering, and the trailer reveals that all of the building’s residents join in the search. Zazie Beetz plays Target, and she won’t shut up. His tone is grinning and spiteful. Please join us too!

In addition to Beetz, the film stars Maihara, Patterson Joseph, Tom Felton, Heather Graham, and Patricia Arquette.
This is the English-language feature debut of Russian director Kirill Sokolov, whose previous films include No Looking Back and Why Don’t You Just Die!, the latter a blood-splattered, wickedly fun calling card that epitomizes his brand of chaos (watch its trailer here). Sokolov co-wrote the script with Alex Litvak.
On the production side, Dan Cagan will be assisted by IT directors Andy Muschietti and Barbara Muschietti, with Russell Ackerman, John Schoenfelder, Karl Hampe, Litvak and Sokoloff serving as executive producers.

They Will Kill You will be released in Australian cinemas on March 26th and in US cinemas on March 27th.
