The finalists competing for the title are Team Adam’s Annie Jones, Team Kate’s Jadyn Randell, Team Guy’s SKŸE, and Team Leanne’s Ruben de Mello. As the competition narrows, all eyes are on these four artists who are one performance away from victory.
The night also featured a special performance by coach Guy Sebastian, who premiered his new single “No Reason to Stay.”
Kate Miller-Heidke praised finalist Jadyn Randell following her stunning performance of Katy Perry’s ‘Wide Awake’. Miller-Heidke asserted that Jadyn has “talent,” adding, “From that first moment to now, we’ve watched you become a star.”
Jadyn’s promotion means a farewell to fellow Team Kate artist Tom Leeming, whose emotional version of Gotye’s “Somebody That I Used to Know” makes it to the finale. It wasn’t enough to secure a spot.
SKŸE reached the final four thanks to Joni Mitchell’s mesmerizing performance on Both Sides Now. Guy Sebastian commented on SKŸE’s development throughout the season: Tonight, it was there. ”
LeAnn Rimes and Kate Miller-Heidke also expressed their admiration for SKŸE, with Kate saying she had a “deep connection” to the song. Unfortunately, fellow Team Guy Jadyn Singleton was eliminated after her soulful rendition of Benson Boone’s “Beautiful Things.”

For Team Adam, 16-year-old Annie Jones was impressed by Pat Benatar’s powerful performance of “Love Is a Battlefield.” Her determination to prove herself paid off as she became the season’s youngest finalist. Reflecting on her journey, she said, “I want to prove to Adam that all this styling and coaching was worth it.”
However, Sienna, also from Team Adam, left the tournament after performing “Jealous” from “Labyrinth.” Her coach, Adam Lambert, described her as “calm, gentle and flowery.”
Team Liang’s Ruben de Mello captivated both the audience and coaches with his moving rendition of Chris Isaak’s ‘Wicked Game’. Rian, who used the Ultimate Block on Reuben in the season’s opening episode, called him “the epitome of an artist.” Having to make a difficult decision between Ruben and Letitia Butler, Leanne ultimately sent Ruben out for the grand finale, saying, “They both made it really hard for me tonight.”
Four final artists will be chosen and Australia will be invited to vote to decide the winner. The 2024 winner will receive a $100,000 cash prize, a music masterclass, and an industry recording development package.
