Nintendo has just updated its smartphone apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store in time for the release of the Nintendo Switch 2, and has been significantly improved with the original app. Not only does the Nintendo Switch app have a new name, it’s also beautiful with a lot of new features.
Obviously, the Nintendo Switch 2 can now link to the app, allowing all screenshots and videos to be automatically sent to the app as well. More importantly, you can now add friends to accept friend requests via the app. You can also get notifications when friends come online.
