Razer has announced the new Razer Blade 16. This is a great looking laptop with some serious power.
This laptop is over 30% thinner than last year’s model, measuring just 14.99 mm thick at the front and 17.4 mm at the back. The thinness comes at the expense of a smaller battery, but a faster charger and possibly more efficient CPU/GPU should make up for it.
In terms of performance, it features the latest Ryzen AI 300 series processor and up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 laptop GPU with 24GB GDDR7 VRAM with 155 watts of graphics power, apparently using Blackwell technology. Considering that there are also advantages of DLSS 4.
As for the display, it has a QHD+ 240HZ OLED, which we got to see in person earlier this week, and it looks absolutely gorgeous. There’s also an updated keyboard with 1.5 mm more travel (50% more travel) for comfortable typing, and a new 6-speaker audio system for better listening.
We don’t yet have a price or release date for the Razer Blade 16 2025 Edition, but we’ll let you know as soon as we know more.
