PlayStation today announced that it is continuing its PlayStation 30th Anniversary Ceremony with the release of many new products.
The first is a hardcover book entitled “PlayStation: The First 30 Years.” The 400-page PlayStation’s best is its visual journey through PlayStation history with prototypes, concept sketches and design models you’ve never seen before. At the time of writing, it will be pre-ordered here and released in 2026.
My personal aspiration is the PlayStation x Reebok 30th anniversary sneakers that come with a unique, limited edition packaging that mimics the console’s original release design. There are three different sneakers that differ based on the region.
Japan’s Instapump Fury 94, Pump Omnizone II for US and Training Plus, UK. They have lots of details, including small PlayStation controller connectors for lace ties.
At the time of writing, it is unclear whether these will come to Australia given the locations listed on the PlayStation blog, but we will let you know if this has changed.
