In the ‘coveted interview’, Olympic star Raegan will finally speak out and explain to the world why she is Australia’s best breakdancer.
At the 2024 Paris Olympics, fans were blessed to see breakdancing introduced as a competition for the first time…and it didn’t disappoint, thanks to Dr. Rachel Gunn, aka Dr. Ray Gunn.
No, she didn’t earn her PhD in sport, but as a lecturer in the Department of Media, Communication, Creative Arts, Languages and Literatures at Macquarie University’s Faculty of Arts in Sydney.
Her performance was praised by viewers as “hilariously ridiculous” and the Australian contestant went on to receive zero points from the judges.
One person on the panel then chimed in about her pioneering show, which would have been a difficult act to follow given the crowd that had gathered behind her.
Breakdance judge MGbility told News Corp: “Personally I’m very disappointed. The breaking and hip-hop community definitely supports her.”
“She was just trying to bring something new, something original and something representative of her country.
“We are with her. Only her level may not have been as high as the other competitors.”

He added, “Again, we use a comparative judging system. Just because her competitors were better, that doesn’t mean she really did worse. She was the best.” “I did my best,” he added.
Raegan has become a hot topic for his creative performance, and the 37-year-old will be speaking in a revealing interview on Australia’s Channel 10 later today (September 4).
A preview for Wednesday night’s episode of The Project showed host Walid Aly asking, “Do you really think you’re Australia’s best female breaker?”
Regan replied, “Well, I think my record speaks for itself.”
You have to admire that confidence.

Her acts include jumping like a kangaroo and crawling like a snake, and although she lost all her battles to Zero, Yahoo Lifestyle reported that Insiders have claimed that the network believes the networks are vying for her.
This is great news for fans of the now international star dancer. Because that means we get to see more of the now-iconic dancer.
A source said, “Reighan, one of the most talked about Australians in the world, is currently negotiating with offers from multiple TV stations regarding his future.”
“They are looking for exclusive network deals lasting 12 to 24 months, blocking out other opportunities from competing shows.”
