PlayStation today announced that the loyalty program introduced in 2022 is coming to an end.
Starting today, new members will not be able to join the PlayStation Star, but current members will be able to continue earning digital collectibles and points until July 23, 2025. The PlayStationStars program will be fully terminated on November 2, 2026 and you can redeem points unless it expires prior to that.
Those who have PlayStation Digital Collectibles can still access it after the program is finished.

Starting today, PlayStation stars will no longer accept new members of this version of the program. If a member chooses to cancel their PlayStation Stars membership starting today, they will not be able to rejoin this version of the program and the member will lose all points earned. Current PlayStation Stars members will be able to earn points and increase their status until 7:59am on July 23, 2025. 3:59 PM BST | 11:59 PM JST. After this date there will be no new PlayStation Stars campaigns. This version of the PlayStation Stars program ended completely on November 2, 2026, and current PlayStation Stars members can continue to redeem points unless their points expire earlier.
