New Looney Tunes movie set for theatrical release after rescue from Warner Bros.

More than two years after it was shelved by Warner Bros., a release date has been set for The Day the Earth Exploded: The Looney Tunes Movie. Ketchup Entertainment, which acquired the animated film in August, has set an early 2025 release date for the long-awaited Looney Tunes feature.

According to Deadline, The Day the Earth Exploded: Looney Tunes movie is scheduled to be released in theaters on Friday, February 28, 2025. Prior to its wide release, the animated film will make its North American debut on October 18, 2024. At the Animation is Film Festival. The Day the Earth Exploded was originally developed for HBO Max

Originally greenlit for HBO Max in 2021, The Day the Earth Blew Up was canceled by Warner Bros. Discovery in August 2022 as part of a content retirement initiative. However, production continued and Warner Bros. Animation announced that Ketchup would acquire The Day the Earth Exploded shortly after its successful premiere at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival in June 2024. I was able to do it.

Who provides the voices for Daffy and Porky in the animated film?

The Day the Earth Exploded is a spin-off of the popular television series Looney Tunes Cartoons, written by Kevin Costello and directed by Pete Browngard. Eric Bauza reprises his Looney Tunes cartoon roles as lifelong friends Daffy Duck and Porky Pig in The Day the Earth Exploded, with Candy Milo providing the voice of Petunia Pig I am doing it.

Other cast members include Peter MacNicol as the Invader, Fred Tatasciore as Farmer Jim and Scientist, Laraine Newman as the House Lead, and Wayne Knight as the Homeless Man.
