This guy is everywhere, but in a move that probably won’t come as a surprise to most people, it has been confirmed that Troy Baker will star in Naughty Dog’s next film directed by Neil Druckmann.
In an interview with GQ, Druckmann confirmed that he would be starting the next film he will be directing, saying, “I’m looking forward to working with Troy right away,” while also confirming that Baker would be returning for the next film.
We don’t know what that game is or if it’s going to be another The Last Of Us Game (with Baker playing Joel) or something else entirely. We know that Troy Baker is also slated to start for upcoming big names like Judas, Indiana Jones, and The Great Circle.
This work is highly readable and has been incorporated into the work of many other creators with whom Baker has worked. “Troy tries to push the boundaries of this thing, and he often succeeds in making it better than I ever imagined,” Druckmann said of Baker.
It’s unclear how long we’ll have to wait to find out more about the game. It’s been over four years since The Last Of Us Part 2, so realistically it could happen at any time.
