Ayaneo has announced the price and release date of its upcoming modular handheld, The Ayaneo 3.
Ayaneo 3 is available in various configurations. The first brings you down to a screen where you can choose between a 7-inch 144Hz OLED display or a 7-inch 120Hz LCD display.
After that, AMD Ryzen 7 8840U (a pretty standard choice at this point) or AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 (a new APU on the market) are both available and APUs at different prices.
Really, the exciting thing about Ayaneo 3 is that literally everything is customizable. There are six different modules that move on either side to add things like a trackpad or six-button fighting stick layout, and these can be completely swapped out or reversed at any time. These are available individually as a 6-pack for 159 AUD.
You can also completely change the buttons (like individual buttons) to create the perfect button layout, and even change the analog stick topper.
