The first trailer for Marvel’s upcoming Disney+ show Daredevil: Born Again was shown behind closed doors at New York Comic Con, and it appears Charlie Cox’s vigilante will take on the Kingpin.
The trailer, which has since been leaked online, depicts a dark and violent setting as Matt Murdock prepares to defend the city from various villains and crime bosses. Fans got a glimpse of Daredevil facing off against the Punisher, Muse, and Kingpin, as well as appearances from Bullseye, Karen Page, and Foggy Nelson. In addition to the trailer, Marvel also confirmed that the show will land on Disney Plus on March 4, 2025.
But the most exciting part of this clip is Murdoch’s new hero visiting the prison, where he is then seen wearing a white suit and complete with a gold tiger pendant. Is this the White Tiger from Marvel Comics? Hector Ayala, also known as the White Tiger, is Marvel’s first Hispanic superhero, first appearing in 1975. The hero gets his powers from a tiger pendant that gives him superhuman strength and martial arts skills. Daredevil: Born Again marks the MCU debut of The White Tiger, played by All American star Comer de los Reyes.
This isn’t the only Daredevil tease from NYCC, as fans spotted Cox’s new Daredevil suit on display earlier over the weekend. Discussing Film posted a close-up of the suit on Twitter, which can be seen below, suggesting that Disney has opted for a Deadpool-like red and black look.

Daredevil: Born Again reunites Murdock, a civil servant turned late-night vigilante. The official synopsis reads: “Matt Murdock, a highly skilled blind lawyer, fights for justice through his vibrant law firm, while former mob boss Wilson Fisk fights for justice in New York. As their past identities begin to emerge, the two men find themselves on an inevitable collision course.
In addition to Cox, the series also stars Jon Bernthal as the Punisher, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, Vincent D’Onofrio as Kingpin, and Wilson Bethel as Poindexter, all of whom return as The Punisher. It features newcomers Michael Gandolfini, Margarita Levieva, and Jeremy Earle. and Ayelet Zurel.
