‘Man vs. Baby’ trailer: Rowan Atkinson plays toddler in new Netflix series

Netflix has released a first-look trailer for Man vs. Baby, which stars Rowan Atkinson as Trevor Bingley again in the festive follow-up to 2022’s Man vs. Baby. Watch the trailer above and read important details below.

set up

Trevor trades high-tech housesitting for the quiet life of a school janitor…until a job in a luxury London penthouse lures him back for Christmas. When no one shows up to pick up baby Jesus at the school’s Nativity on the last day of term, Trevor is soon left caring for an unexpected real baby while also worrying about a very expensive apartment. A peaceful Christmas? Not likely.

The new four-parter picks up Trevor’s streak of bad luck and recalibrates it for the chaos of the season. Noisy threats are reduced, diapers and night feedings are increased, but property damage is still very dangerous. Claudie Blakely returns as Trevor’s long-time ex-wife Jess.

cast and creative team

Rowan Atkinson will lead, and he will be joined by Steve Edge, Sunetra Sarkar, Sunil Patel, Susannah Fielding and Ashley Jensen. Claudie Blakely reprises her role from the first series.

The film is produced and written by Will Davies and Rowan Atkinson, and directed by David Carr (Man vs Bee, Johnny English Strikes Again). Executive producers are Chris Clark and Will Davis. Kate Fasulo serves as series producer. The season consists of four half-hour episodes.

release date

Man vs Baby premieres on Netflix on December 11th.
