Netflix’s journey for love continues as season 3 Spectrum Returns on the Spectrum Returns. Netflix has released an official trailer for the upcoming season ahead of its April 2nd premiere, World Autism Day. The Emmy-winning documentary series produced by Australia’s Northern Pictures continues once again with a new, familiar face mix that navigates the heights and lows of dates. Look up.
Fan favorite monasteries (26) and David (30) are back and celebrated their fourth anniversary since they first connected in Season 1. Also back are medieval enthusiast James (36), animator and entrepreneur Dani (29), Energy Tanner (25), Thoughtful Connor (25) and Creative Adan (27). Newcomers include Madison (27), inspired by the Abbey and David’s story, and an artistic soul (22), who has a passion for rail fans, songs and animation.
“We are extremely proud to bring our audiences another season of this heartwarming series that will contribute to a richer understanding of us and the world around us,” said co-creator and executive producer Karina Holden. “Season 3 gives us a new face that reminds us that the couple’s return, whose story has captivated audiences around the world, that is, that searching for connections is universal.”

The series has received widespread acclaim for its empathic portrayal of dating within the NeuroDiverse community, and won five Primetime Emmy Awards in 2024, including two. Season 2 secured Netflix’s top 10 global spots three weeks after its release in January.
Neurodiversity expert and author Jennifer Cook has also returned to guide the cast.
