Liam Payne contributed to many charities and causes until his untimely death last week at the age of 31.
Now it has been revealed that the late singer and One Direction star helped raise more than £186,500 ($362,890) posthumously.
Dawn O’Porter, co-founder of Choose Love, a nonprofit organization that supports refugees and displaced people, shared the news of the fundraising in a moving tribute to Payne. .

“Almost a week ago, the world lost a wonderful man. We, along with many others, are devastated by the death of Liam Payne and our hearts and thoughts are with his loved ones.” O’Porter said in the post.
“We thought it only natural to dedicate this post to Liam and thank him for all he has done for us.
“We were all amazed to see how much this T-shirt was shared this week and £186,500 was raised in the last week by this beautiful and generous community.
“These funds will help us continue to provide critical care to displaced people around the world.”

Mr. O’Porter said he was “forever grateful” for Mr. Payne’s efforts.
“We will forever be grateful to Liam and his fans for this incredible act of love.”
She added: “Thank you everyone and Liam too ❤️.”

The former One Direction star died after falling from the third floor of a hotel room in Buenos Aires, Argentina, according to state police, CNN reports.
British charity Mr Trussell remembered Mr Payne for his “compassion and kindness” in supporting them over the years after his death.
He also spent some of his final moments before dying of shock donating to a crowd fundraising page for sick children, urging fans to donate on Snapchat.
