Croc Remaster was scheduled to launch this month, but the team at Argonaut Games has announced that it has been delayed until Q1 2025.
The team announced that the decision was made to put the final touches on the game to ensure it met the high standards desired by fans.
The statement reads:
“We have an important announcement regarding the release of the Croc Legend of the Gobbos remaster. After careful consideration, we have decided to postpone the release to Q1 2025. This decision was not taken lightly. However, we believe the game needs a little more time to make final adjustments to ensure it meets the high standards we aim for.
After 27 years of waiting, we understand that this news may be a little disappointing, especially considering the Christmas season is just around the corner. However, our goal is always to provide you with quality and polished games that you will truly enjoy. We appreciate your patience and support as we work to get back on the clock in the best way possible.
Thank you for your understanding and continued enthusiasm. We can’t wait for you to experience the magic of Crocs once again!”
Croc Legend of the Gobbos Remake includes high-resolution graphics, updated modern control mechanics, and the addition of Crocipedia, a digital museum containing the game’s long-lost development assets.
