By the time Nintendo officially announces the Nintendo Switch 2, we’ll likely have a pretty good idea of what that console will be like, given the continuing leaks. The latest leak, courtesy of accessory maker Genki, includes a video (albeit a rendered one) of the console showing off how the new and improved Joy-Cons work.
Genki has published a page on its website where you can join a waiting list for various accessories for unreleased Nintendo gaming consoles. The header of the webpage includes a video demonstrating how the new Joy-Cons connect to the device, giving perhaps the best look at the console to date.
Genki now has a page to subscribe to Switch 2 accessories news with this video https://buff.ly/3PtbGuu.

The extra button next to the Joy-Con triggers has also appeared in previous leaks, but it appears to be for the Joy-Con release, and is rumored to be magnetized to the device rather than the rail. I am.
When removed, the new button on the inner edge of the Joy-Con matches recently leaked product images, indicating that an updated IR blaster/sensor is enabled.
This video gives us a good look at the Switch 2’s form factor, albeit under a protective case that Genki is developing. The L/ZL and R/ZR buttons and triggers have been slightly redesigned, and the USB-C port now appears at the top of the console.
The dock also has some features, featuring a slightly more curved shape than the original and a large Switch 2 logo on the front.
Nintendo has confirmed the existence of its next console, but has not announced it yet, aside from a statement last year that it would reveal more details about the console in 2025. The onslaught of leaks clearly suggests that the reveal is imminent and that it will be released soon thereafter.
