Not only has a lot of stuff about Pokemon Legends ZA leaked online this week, but it looks like information, art, and screenshots from several upcoming Pokemon games have been leaked online, and there’s even more leaked online.
Although this information may be inaccurate due to development changes, it appears that the next big Pokemon game focusing on the 10th generation will be called Pokemon Wind And Waves, is scheduled to be released in 2026 exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2, and will apparently feature procedurally generated islands based in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
This is crazy. All projects currently in development by Game Freak:
– Wind/Waves will be released in 2026 and DLC will be released in 2027.
– Pokémon Legends: Galar will be released in 2027 or later.
– Pokemon multi-region remake from 2028 onwards.
– DLC will be added to Pokopia.

It is said to be more focused on survival, allowing trainers to explore jungle areas as well as underwater areas, and new seed Pokemon will also be introduced. There’s art showing off the game’s new style, with graphics that look beyond previous Pokémon, but this could also just be concept art. It does seem to run on a seemingly brand new graphics engine.
In addition to this, a multi-region Pokemon remake is also said to be in development, set to be an MMO where the protagonist can walk from Sinnoh to Hoenn. Interestingly, there’s a lot of information in the leak that suggests that Pokémon Legends ZA was actually set in Johto, called Pokémon Legends: Ho-Oh and Lugia, and was supposed to tell a story from an era before Pokémon trainers existed, but it’s possible that the next Pokémon Legends game will be set in Galar and will be released in 2027 or later.
There are also many cut features from “Pokémon Legends ZA”, such as the PokéRide feature that allows trainers to ride Pokémon.
Pokémon Legends ZA will be released on Thursday, October 16th. The lowest price on Amazon is $85 with free shipping.
