While rumors have been around for a while (and somewhat confirmed by Xbox), Windows Central reports that the Xbox-branded handheld is due to be released later this year.
It is estimated that Xbox brands such as Asus, Lenovo and MSI will arrive later this year. It’s codenamed Keenan, and the handheld clearly looks like an Xbox with the official Xbox guide buttons and Xbox design choices.
It’s not confirmed which brand Xbox is affiliated with, but it’s interesting to watch as I feel the Asus Rog Ally is the best.

Asus Rog Ally X is the perfect Windows Gaming Handheld to release so far. This is AD #Rog #Roganz #Roganz #PlayallyOurGames #RogallyX #Rogally #Handheld #WindowsHandheld @Rog_anz

In addition to this, Windows Central also reports that Xbox is releasing a handheld along with the next-gen Xbox consoles scheduled for release in 2027. This console will reduce the amount of work required to create Xbox/PC games ever.
It will be interesting to see where this all ends, but with the grand plan of things, Xbox sends a lot of leveraging these existing ecosystems, which are primarily based on PC and Windows.
