Maura Higgins and Barry McGuigan became the latest contestants to be eliminated from the show after receiving a double eviction on Thursday night.
Oti Mabuse has been revealed to have won the golden ticket after his campmates attended the Arcade of Agony trial for the past two days. This means that she will be passed directly to the Celebrity Cylons and will be exempted from the next two rounds of public voting.
The former Strictly pro was also exempted from double eviction on Thursday night’s episode.
Higgins and McGuigan follow in the footsteps of Melvin Odoom, Tulisa Contostavlos, Dean McCuller and Jane Moore.

Reverend Richard Coles first rose to fame as a multi-instrumentalist with the Communards. Since then, he has frequently appeared on various radio and television shows, including QI, Would I Lie to You? And do we have news for you?
Richard admits I’m A Celebrity was the hardest he’s ever done, but believes appearing on Strictly in 2017 was good preparation. He explained: “Attempting to do a paso doble is challenging for the prey and very humiliating when attempted, but it can be physically difficult.”

Social media star GK Barry, who recently joined the Loose Women panel, also took part in this year’s I’m a Celebrity.
Barry has a huge following on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and is also known for his popular podcast Saving Grace.
Speaking about joining the cast, Barry told ITV:[Ant & Dec]said, “What’s GK Barry?” and now that’s how I ended up on the show.
“It’s come full circle and I can’t wait to see them in the Australian jungle. I’m also looking forward to meeting everyone on the show as the cast is always amazing.”

Coleen Rooney, wife of former England footballer Wayne Rooney, is set to enter the jungle in 2024.
In 2022, Rooney won a high-profile ‘Wagatha Christie’ defamation case brought by Rebecca Vardy.
The case attracted worldwide attention and was the subject of the Channel 4 show Vardy v Rooney: A Courtroom Drama and a documentary entitled The Real Wagatha Story.
Explaining why she finally accepted the challenge after years of being a “straight no” she said: young. But they are now at an age where I can be away for so long.
“I also feel like it’s time for me to take on a challenge and do something different. It took me many years, but I finally did it. And I always try to do something different. I said this is what I’m going to do. I think it’s a good thing for me.”
Alan Halsall

Alan Halsall has been confirmed to be joining the I’m A Celeb lineup in 2024.
The actor is best known for his role as Tyrone Dobbs in Coronation Street, which he has starred in since 1998.
“I’m very good friends with Andy Whyment and Jenny McAlpine and they’ve both been through similar experiences before and everyone tells me it’s been a great experience. It’s a life experience. “I’m sure I’ll learn new things about myself in the process,” he told ITV.

Danny Jones is one of this year’s contestants.
Danny Jones, fresh off his win on The Masked Singer, has joined The Voice UK coaches panel alongside bandmate Tom Fletcher as the UK’s first co-chair.
In the latest season, Eva was named the champion, marking Tom and Danny’s first win in their first year as coaches.
Regarding why he wanted to appear on the show, he said: This is a great opportunity. I had time to write in a diary, which was insane. You’ll never get that chance again.
“I’ve always learned a lot by pushing myself out of my comfort zone. For me, it’s also about learning about myself. And I’ve always taught my little son that it’s okay to be scared, it’s okay. It shows that you can try and overcome it.”
Oti Mabuse

Oti Mabuse will be riding into the jungle of ‘I’m a Celebrity’.
Mabuse rose to fame as one of the professional dancers on Strictly Come Dancing. During her tenure on the show, she hoisted the Glitterball trophy in 2019 and 2020 with Kelvin Fletcher and Bill Bailey respectively.
Since leaving the show, she has been a member of the judging panel of Dancing on Ice and is a frequent panelist on Big Brother: Late and Live.
As for why she wanted to take on this challenge, she said: Other than Strictly and Dancing on Ice, this is the show I watch religiously and I remember last year thinking, “Wow, this feels right.” I’m definitely going to try it now and give it a try. ”

Maura Higgins rose to fame in 2019 when she appeared on Love Island and came fourth alongside ex-partner Curtis Pritchard.
Since appearing on the reality series, she has moved on to TV hosting and has appeared on several other TV shows, including ‘Dancing on Ice’. She has also hosted ‘This Morning’ and currently hosts the ‘Love Island USA Aftersun’ show.

Barry McGuigan is also set to jump into the I’m a Celebrity jungle this year.
McGuigan, nicknamed Clone Cyclone, was a former professional boxer who held the WBA and lineal featherweight titles from 1985 to 1986.
Prior to his debut, he said: “It may be difficult physically, but the mental part is something I want to overcome before I get too old. I’d like to, but that doesn’t mean these tasks will be easy. I’d rather do them when I’m 63 than when I’m 73.”

Journalist and TV presenter Jane Moore, who many will recognize as part of the Loose Women panel, is heading into the jungle.
Moore was a panelist on Loose Women from 1999 to 2002, returning in 2013 and writing a newspaper column.
“I’m really excited,” she said ahead of her debut. “It’s scary to be away from home, isolated, and away from my phone and laptop, but it’s actually something I’m looking forward to.
“I’ve never done a reality show before, but when I talk about things like this on ‘Loose Women,’ I’ve always said that this show is going to be that show. I like adventure. , I find it fascinating.”

Dean McCullough will appear on the show this year.
McCullough is a presenter on BBC Radio 1. He first stepped onto the audio waves as a volunteer at Wandsworth Radio, before moving to Gaydio, where he co-presented an afternoon show with Emma Goswell covering current LGBTQ+ issues.
Regarding joining the lineup, he admitted: “I’m scared of everything, and the more I think about being thrown into the ground with 50 snakes and biting green flies raining down on me, the more I think about it, the more I think about it, or I’ll get on a plane. No!
“I accidentally watched episode 1 last year and almost passed out. I had to turn it off. And I hate cockroaches. There were cockroaches in the hostel I stayed in before. I checked out in the middle of the night, and when I think about it, I get chills just talking about it now.”
Tulisa Contostavlos

Former N-Dubz star Tulisa Contostavlos, who was a judge on The X Factor in 2011, also joined the ITV Jungle series.
The singer said she wants people to know more about the real her.
“I’m like Frodo Baggins on an unexpected journey. I’m feeling really adventurous this year and I want to do something that takes me out of my comfort zone because of where I am.” she said.
“I’ve always said I’m not going to be on this show because it can be scary. But right now I want to be cautious.”
Melvin Odoom

Melvin Odoom is also one of this year’s “I’m A Celeb” contestants.
He is a radio DJ presenter and currently hosts on BBC Radio 1 with Ricky Heywood-Williams and Charlie Hedges.
He has also won awards such as The Xtra Factor, MOBO Awards, and BRIT Awards.
Explaining why he wanted to join, he said: “Over the years, a lot of my guys have joined, my favorite Joel Dommett, Roman Kemp, Jordan North and myself, Marvin Humes. I’m very close with Marvin and he gave me some advice on what to expect at camp.
