Subway Socceroos will take on Bahrain to begin the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ Asia Third Qualifier at Robina Stadium on the Gold Coast.
The match, scheduled for Thursday 5th September at 8pm (AEST), will be the first time the Subway Socceroos have played in this part of Queensland.
Australia were placed in Group C along with Japan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, China and Indonesia.

How to watch
The match against Bahrain will be broadcast live for free on Australia’s ‘home of football’, Network 10, and will be broadcast on 10Bold for viewers in Perth starting at 7:30pm AEST on Channel 10.
The qualifiers will also be live streamed through both 10 Play and Paramount+.
