Foxtel Group has announced 34 new music channels to extend its collaboration with VEVO, forgetting its new partnership with Nightlife Music and ListNR.
As part of their contract with Nightlife Music, music channel Max and CMC are back in Foxtel’s music lineup, along with channel suites such as Trends, Kids, Clubs, Retro and Australians. Foxtel and Binge customers will be able to enjoy their nightlife music channels starting July 1st.
ListNR Music will soon debut Foxtel’s debut as a new linear audio music partner via 25 curated playlists that incorporate programming from Triple M and Hit Network, Indie & ALT, Chill and Acoustic Vibes, a good vibe and road trip anthem.
Foxtel customers will be able to enjoy more VEVO music on the platform from July 1st, with the Vevo 70s and Vevo Country joining the Vevo Pop, Vevo Rock, Vevo 90s and Vevo 2K.
Foxtel, Kayo Sports and Binge CEO Hilary Perchard said the new product unlocks fresh ways to experience choice, diversity and fresh music.
“This exciting evolution is to advocate for Australian talent while connecting customers to all demographics, together with the genres and brands they love,” he said.
“With the broadest music lineup on television and streaming, we unite more Australian companies as great entertainers.”
Stephanie Quinn, executive director of content and commercial partnerships, looked forward to bringing more innovation to the lounge rooms in the future.
“By combining ListNR and Nightlife Music expertise (the two leaders of playlist curation) with the platform, we advocate for music at home in new and exciting ways,” she said.
