Overnight, Black Salt Games, the developer of the acclaimed quirky fishing game Dredge, announced that the game will be available on mobile platforms and MacOS, with a planned release date of December 18th. I did.
The game is optimized for the latest iOS 18 and Android 15 compatible device lines and will be available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The port includes all the same content found on the PC and console versions, and pre-orders will come with a special rod as a bonus.
Although it features support for external controllers such as Backbone and other wireless devices, Dredge on mobile has full support for touch controls.
We gave Dredge a positive review at launch, giving it a 9 out of 10 and saying: That’s the definition of a trophy catch. Its series of elegantly simple systems interact well, blending seamlessly with an eerily stunning spooky style and a more extensive checklist of marine life to catch. ”
News of this port comes as no surprise, as Dredge continues to build on its success, already releasing some great expansions, partnering with Dave the Diver, and announcing the development of a film adaptation.
Click here to pre-order now on the Apple App Store. Google Play pre-registration is still a few weeks away.
