Almost a year after the last price rise, Disney announced that Disney Plus would rise in Australia as of March 26th. This follows the announcement that ESPN content will join Australia’s Disney Plus.
The Disney Plus Standard price ranges from $13.99 per month (an increase of $2 per month) to $15.99 per month, or from $139.99 per year to $159.99 per year.
Disney Plus Premium prices range from $17.99 per month to $20.99 per month, or from $179.99 per year to $209.99 per year.

From $13.99 a month to $15.99 a month, from $139.99 a year to $159.99 a year for Australian residents. For New Zealand residents, it ranges from $14.99 per month to $16.99 per month, from $149.99 per year to $169.99 per year.
Disney Plus Premium
From $17.99 a month to $20.99 a month, from $179.99 a year to $209.99 a year for Australian residents. For New Zealand residents, it ranges from $18.99 to $21.99 per month, from $21.99 per month, from $189.99 per year to $219.99 per year.

Australia’s ICYMI marks the first English-speaking country outside North America to get ESPN on Disney Plus. The new ESPN hub brings over 10,000 hours of live sports through ESPN and ESPN2 channels. Use shows like SportsCenter, The Pat McAfee Show, NBA Today, Take, Live Events and on-demand replays.
To name a few, ESPN has the rights to the NBA All-Star Weekend, the NBL Championship Series, the MLB Opening Day, the NBA Finals and the NHL Stanley Cup Finals.
