Dendy Cinemas Canberra is set to revolutionize the movie experience in time for Christmas with the opening of its new IMAX® theater to the public on December 19, offering the world’s most immersive movie experience.
The theater will feature IMAX with Laser Technology, a next-generation laser projection and multichannel sound system exclusive to IMAX theaters. IMAX with Laser is an immersive design, developed from the ground up to deliver crisp, realistic images and accurate audio for a cinematic experience like no other. When Dendy’s IMAX opens on Tuesday, December 17th from 6pm, the red carpet will roll out for the first time and an exclusive ACT premiere of Disney’s Mufasa: The Lion King will be the first opportunity to experience a custom cinema with special guests and VIPs.
