Did you think the worst thing that could happen at an airport was losing your luggage? Taron Egerton insists otherwise. The Rocketman and Kingsman star is on to his next mission: carry-on. In this new thriller, Egerton plays Ethan Kopech, a TSA agent who is threatened by a mysterious traveler, causing perhaps the most anxiety-inducing airport experience yet.
Carry-On is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, who is no stranger to the dangers of flying. He previously directed the Liam Neeson action film Nonstop. The film marks the first collaboration between Netflix and Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Partners, announced in 2021.
