A physical version of Black Myth Wukong will be released soon.
In a tweet posted to the game’s official X/Twitter account today, Game Science thanked players for their patience and announced that Black Myth Wukong’s master disc is now “ready to go” and “a physical version for PS5.” He said it will be released soon.

If you were hoping for a firm promise or release date, unfortunately Game Science can’t reveal a specific date, instead giving a vague statement that the physical game will be available “soon.” I think he only promised that.
“Thank you, dear souls, for your patience!” said the team. “The master disc of Black Myth Wukong is now ready and the physical version for PS5 will be available soon.”

However, nothing has been announced for the Xbox version yet. Last month, Microsoft reconfirmed that the delay in Black Myth: Wukong’s Xbox release was not due to “platform limitations,” although Game Science’s action RPG was released on PC and PS5 in August. Despite this, the Xbox version is still delayed. The reason is unknown.
Speculation was rife that the developer was having trouble getting the game to run on the Series S console, while other rumors suggested that the game was actually exclusive to the PlayStation console.
