During the live multiplayer release stream on Los Angeles, EA announced that Battlefield 6 will be officially released on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on October 10, 2025. Fans who want to jump early will get a chance when the open beta begins this August. There are two modes, including the Standard Edition and the Phantom Edition, but awaiting Australian pricing.
The game is set for 2027 and has multiplayer maps set up on the streets of Egypt, Gibraltar and New York, making it happening all over the world and increasing content adding postposts. The game brings back the iconic class system with TDM, Squad Deathmatch, and King of the Hill, as well as class-specific gadgets, signature weapons, dedicated training, a new single-player campaign and fan fan favorite modes.

Battlefield 6 Open Beta runs over two weekends, with early access available on the first weekend and unlocked by watching Select Streamers during public events.
