ScreenWest has called Western Australia’s “Grand Old Mansion,” “A Charming Country Pub,” and “Unique Outback Site.” Currently, the Western Australia location gallery on ScreenWest has a list of 1,900 including 150 historic buildings and sites, and is listed as a registered film location. Blumhouse is in the process of taking over the SAW franchise. The horror powerhouse, paranormal and black mobile phones behind the Purge appear to have acquired rights from Twisted Pictures, co-founded IP alongside Lionsgate and co-owned it.
