What is the Australian Tipping Point?
The Australian version of Tipping Point is identical to the British version, except that it was filmed in Australia. Oh, and there’s also a big twist in round two of the game. You have to keep reading to find out what it is.
Hosted by Todd Woodbridge (more on him later), the show combines elements of general knowledge trivia with the nostalgic thrills of arcade coin pusher machines.
result? A suspenseful experience.
structure:
Three Contestants: The show starts with three hopefuls. Each is competing for the chance to dominate the coin machine.
Four question rounds: Contestants answer multiple-choice questions to earn valuable “counters” like flat coins. Each is worth $100.
One $20,000 Jackpot: If you answer correctly, you’ll have the chance to drop a counter into a giant coin pusher machine. The goal is to push other counters off the edge and into the cash zone. And if you make it to the final round, you’ll have a chance to win $20,000!

4 high stakes rounds:
Round 1: A brain battle where participants answer multiple choice questions to earn counters. Round 2: The stakes are even higher. Round 2 is called Quickfire, where contestants must answer a question correctly within 30 seconds to receive a counter. The participant with the least amount of money at the end of this round is eliminated. Round 3: The remaining two contestants face off with two questions each. If you answer correctly, you get a counter, but if you answer incorrectly, you lose your opponent’s counter. The person with the most money in the bank moves on. Round 4: Only one contestant remains. All that stands in your way are five questions and Todd’s secret weapon, the lure of the jackpot (a big development in the Australian version).
A jackpot temptation occurs if a contestant knocks the jackpot counter over the ledge and fails to win the $20 prize. Todd’s offers vary. Maybe an extra counter, more money, a vacation, a car, etc.?
Whatever it is, it has to be good because his job is to get the contestants to the tipping point. Will they bet it all for one more shot at the jackpot (or two, or three, or four!), or will they play it safe and keep their winnings?
The stakes are high and the temptations even higher. It’s no wonder Tipping Point is fast becoming Australia’s newest favorite.

You are a fun and positive person You have a good level of general knowledge You are over 18 years old

Please send a short video with your application explaining why you are the best fit. Make it interesting, memorable, and fun. Include some fun photos that are you. All these will definitely improve you. However, it is not mandatory.
