Original Story: Nintendo has taken him back to the Nintendo Today app to reveal the release date for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive Drag X Drive. The game will only be released digitally on August 14th, exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2.
There was no other mountain of fanfare information about the game of the app itself (though details may come soon). I’ve had the opportunity to play the game twice so far, and it makes use of Nintendo’s Switch 2 Mouse Control very often.
In my preview, “Drag X Drive was probably the most interesting game from watching purely direct, but playing it really cleverly uses the Joy-Con feature and it seems like the core gameplay is interested in Rocket League and more.
Donkey Kong Bananza, Kirby and The Forgotten Land/Super Mario Party Jamboree The Nintendo Switch 2 edition, along with the likes of Pokemon ZA and Metroid Prime 4, are set to be a great first year for the Nintendo Switch 2.
