Arcane showrunners haven’t ruled out the possibility of Black Rose members appearing in season two. Fans have long suspected that one or more of them would appear in the animated show. Even if they didn’t appear, the creators of the Netflix series were excited to introduce them. wider audience
Full spoilers for Arcane seasons 1 and 2 follow.
There are only three episodes left in Arcane’s second and final season, and even as the clock ticks down to the finale, fans are still waiting for answers to the absolute biggest questions.
No, not “What’s going on with Jace?” For one, we already explored in this article Jace, who is walking a very dark path in the later entries of Arcane season 2. I’m talking about the main villain of the hit Netflix show, which is yet to be revealed as Arcane nears its end.
There were many candidates for the role of the series’ antagonist in chief. Silko played the role last season, but after his death in the Season 1 finale, no one is the wiser as to who will replace him as Arcane’s Big Bad. Could it be Anbessa, who has become increasingly hostile since her introduction in Season 1, Episode 7? What about Jace’s unexpected heel turn in the second act of Arcane Season 2? What if it’s truly a jinx in the end?

In the hearts of many viewers, including myself, such a person probably does not exist. In fact, fans have long had magical theories about Arcane’s main villain, with some suggesting that the Black Rose, a secret organization that wields dark magic, could be the show’s actual villain. There is. This is a theory ahead of the official trailer for Arcane Season 2, which will be released in mid-September, with the two-minute teaser hinting at Black Rose’s appearance.
Now, as we covered in our Arcane Season 2 Act 1 ending explainer article, Black Rose is officially part of the proceedings. But what’s still unclear after Season 2 Episodes 4-6 arrive is whether the Noxus-based cult will be one of the Netflix show’s best bad guys. They’re more of a bad girl, since three of the four most famous members are women. Among them is the infamous leader LeBlanc. Leblanc is a millennia-old sorcerer who is essentially the shadow ruler of Noxus, pulling the strings of those who sit on the physical throne of the expansionist empire.

As the arcane season 2 story progresses, Black Rose’s role becomes more and more important, but before the final credits of Arcane roll, LeBlanc and the other Black Roses Will we see members of the League of Legends (LoL) make an appearance?Ahead of the November 9th premiere, I spoke with Christian Linke, the creator of the animated League of Legends (LoL) show, and Alex. -Having had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Yi, I felt obligated to ask if this was the case. Interestingly, they didn’t actually deny it.
“Hmm…you really want to know, don’t you?” Linke replied with a wry smile, but with a not-so-coy laugh. Before I could answer, Yi interjected and tactfully added: “Are you asking, ‘Will they be there?’ or ‘Will I see them?'”
The coolest version of Black Rose is when it’s invisible

You’ve all played this game before, right? Given that these two didn’t completely rule out that LeBlanc and his fellow ancient magic users would make an appearance, it seems like at least one of them would make an appearance. I am led to believe that I am deaf. We also have evidence to support that. The cast list for the end credits sequence of Season 2, Episode 5 mentions a character named “The Illusionary”, who is the one who speaks to Mel in this chapter, as well as being voiced by Minnie Driver. I am. Don’t be shocked if Driver is the voice of the animated version of LeBlanc from Arcane, and if I’m right, Driver and LeBlanc are subsequently added to my Arcane Season 2 cast and character guide please.
But I digress. Even if my guess that the Black Rose members will appear before season 2 ends is completely wrong, I doubt this will be the last we see of them. With more LoL movies and TV adaptations in development, Linke hinted that they could appear or at least be mentioned in future projects.

“We talked about the Black Rose internally, and the coolest version of the Black Rose is when you can’t see it,” Linke said. “But what’s really great is that they’re one of the first people to get a glimpse into this larger world, and they’re characters who have connections to arcane magic that comes from another realm. It’s good to have an opinion on what’s going on in the world.” We’re so excited about hextech and magic and all of this, but you know, Black Rose is an integral part of Season 2. That’s all you get for now. ”
