Housemarque’s next game, Saros, was shown in full on PlayStation State of Play this morning, and we also know that it will arrive on PS5 on March 20th.
The game is absolutely inspired by returns, but takes place in a brand new world called Calcosa. The new hero Arjun has several unique abilities, such as the Soltali Shield, which operates on R1, and can use L2 to charge weapons using projectiles absorbed by the shield.
Arjun’s right arm is the weapon itself that allows him to attach a corrupt power weapon to him in the process, giving him a secondary way to deal damage to the enemy. There is also a new second chance ability that is supposed to add a permanent propulsion system that was in my opinion very missing from RecresTAL.
