Netflix marked the start of production with First-look Creator Insight, some surprise scenes, in Season 2 of Blue Eye Samurai. Take a look at the long story above and read the important points.
What does the new footage include?
The charming sequence kicks around the 1:45 mark, and the hilarious sequence drops into what appears to be a peasant uprising outside the strongly enhanced castle. She starts in the crowd with a pitchfork and then becomes tactical. Use your body for cover from the fiery arrows before hitting the arrow freely to scale the arrows freely. I don’t know who she will kill.
As co-creator Michael Green hints, “When I first saw Miz at the top of Season 2, she’s broken somewhere to kill someone. Here her blade is still intact, breaking at some point in Season 1, and the moment reads as a flashback.
Teasing with the characters

Series background and release
The first season of Blue Eye Samurai ran eight episodes and premiered on Netflix on November 3, 2023. It was widely praised by both critics and the general audience. They won four Primetime Emmy Awards, including the outstanding animation program – 97% and 93% on Rotten Tomatoes, respectively. There is no specific release date for Season 2 yet, but Netflix has confirmed it will arrive in 2026.
