The 2025 Pokemon World Championships were held, with the final day bringing a new trailer for Pokmeon Legend ZA.
Pokemon Legends: Arceus was short in the multiplayer division, but ZA has a new Link Battle mode that allows up to four players to compete, with the goal of trying to defeat many Pokemon on each other before time passes.
To further confuse the problem, you can take advantage of the full range of mega evolution and movements, with all four trainers able to attack at any time.
Not only can you compete against friends, you can also take part in ranked battles with people from all over the world who need to start at Rank Z and try to climb Ultimate Rank A.

You may earn points based on your placement in a 4-player Link Battle and earn additional kickers based on your performance. Like the main story, you can start with rank Z and climb the rank to the ultimate rank A.

You can enter a link code to connect with nearby players using local communication or remote players online. Once everything is connected, you can adjust the battle rules to your liking and compete against the other three players.
