Creative Team and Global Rollout
Not Meet You is directed by Kim Ga-Ram (nevertheless, a good partner) and is directed by Jung Yeo-Rang (Doctor Cha). This series is co-produced by Studio Dragon and Studio & New. It will be broadcast locally in Korea on network TVN, but Prime Video retains international rights and will debut the series in over 240 countries and territories.
The show will take part in Prime Video’s growing Korean content library. This includes series such as Head Over Heels, Good Boy, and Divorce Insurance. The move marks the streamer’s strategic play, aiming to take advantage of the global K-Drama Boom, which is currently dominated by Netflix.
Lee Jung-Jae’s quarter game moves
Not meeting you represents Lee Jung-jae’s important genre shift. Lee Jung-jae won international acclaim (and Emmy’s victory) for his role in the Squid Game before moving into the Acolite and Star Wars universe. Also, Lim Ji-young continues to be built on her dramatic admiration from glory in her turn to romantic comedy.
The release date has not been confirmed yet, but it is officially in the middle of not meeting you. And expect plenty of sparks when this duo leads.
