I didn’t expect EB Games to be the first supplier in Australia to have the range of MicroSD Express cards for the Nintendo Switch 2.
EB Games this morning lists the range of Nintendo Switch 2 accessories home brand Atrix, and has a full range of MicroSD Express cards for use with the Nintendo Switch 2. The 1TB model can be won for $224.95, given the technology is new.
In case you missed it, the Nintendo Switch 2 requires a MicroSD Express card for your game, as it requires faster read/write capabilities. You can use an existing MicroSD card for screenshots, but nothing related to the game.
Nintendo also has its own licensed MicroSD Express card using Sandisk, but for just 256GB, you can get it for $79.95. It reminds us that the Nintendo Switch 2 also has an increased 256GB of SSD storage internally.
