For the first time in more than 20 years, the Western Australian EB Game Store is scheduled to open at the midnight launch of Nintendo Switch 2 next week.
As featured on the Westfield Carousel website, the EB Games store is set to open from 9pm, allowing WA customers to choose their Nintendo Switch 2 in the middle of the night. EB Games Innaloo is also listed on the website.

We asked EB Games if this would expand to other EB Games stores in Western Australia, but despite this, it’s great news that WA gets caught up in excitement as WA has missed a midnight launch since 2004. I will continue posting as I get more information from the EB game.
As a reminder, anyone can take part in a midnight launch, but to get in first you will need a fast pass that requires you to pay back your Switch 2 pre-order or be an EB World Plus member. Otherwise, you will have to wait until everyone with Fast Pass is finished.
The Nintendo Switch 2 is set to be released on June 5th. EB Games is now on the front of S0LD, but pre-orders on Amazon have been published in the link today.
