Nintendo has released yet another video summary for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2, with this particular clip focusing on the game cartridge itself and the official carry case for the console.
The following users posted to Nintendo today have been re-employed with X. This indicates that there is no significant difference between the switch 2 cartridge and the switch 2 cartridge, as previously determined. The key difference is its red colour, and the small difference with the form on the back would probably help you determine if the cart will be read by older hardware.
This video pays attention to the official carry case of the console with plenty of space for the Joy-Con 2, six game cartridges and two straps attached.
(Switch 2) Please take a look inside the official Switch 2 carrying case. There is a console with the Joy-Con 2 installed, six cartridges and two Joy-Con 2 straps (also the Switch 2 cartridge appears to be the same size as the Switch 1 cartridge.

This week I also learned that the Nintendo Switch 2 does not offer VRR support while docking. This is certainly a shame. However, on Flipside, Nintendo also detailed all of the original Switch games that receive free game updates after the console launch.
The Nintendo Switch 2 will be released worldwide on June 5th, 2025.
