Alienware unveils three new QD-OLED gaming monitors

Alienware today unveiled its latest QD-OLED monitor, including the new Alienware 27 4K QD-OLED monitor, which won the Innovation Award at CES earlier this year.

All three new models include Dell’s QD-Oled, expanding the range to five, bringing better quality for HD and gamers everywhere. Concerns about burn-in on OLED screens are worth investing as Dell is addressed by offering a limited 3-year OLED hardware warranty on all QDOLED monitors.

Starting with the most affordable options, the AW2725D is a 27-inch gaming monitor that packs a resolution of 2560 x 1440 at a 280 Hz refresh rate and will be on the market later this year. It balances vibrant visuals with super smooth performance, making it accessible to new and veteran gamers alike.

Next is a 34 ultra-width QD-OLED monitor (AW3425DW). It offers a 240Hz refresh rate (up from 175Hz), improves connectivity with HDMI 2.1 FRL, and adds G-Sync compatible authentication along with AMD Freesync Premium Pro and Vesa Adaptivesync. With WQHD (3440 x 1440) resolution and 1800R curve, this ultra-width screen is perfect for watching games and movie movies.

The third is the Alienware 27 4K QD-OLED monitor (AW2725Q), launched at CES earlier this year and has an impressive pixel density of 166 ppi (pixels per inch). This sets the best PPI record for an OLED or QD-OLED monitor. It stands out as one of the best monitors on the market and will be released in Australia on March 11th.

The popular 30-inch AW30 can also be refreshed with Dell’s new technology and a design refresh with a 360-degree ventilation system, a square base and cable management. Under the hood, you will receive an upgraded 240 Hz refresh rate, HDMI 2.1 port, AMD free sink and G-Sync certification. If you’re looking for a decent upgrade that doesn’t retreat much, this could be your best option.
