Nicole Kidman and her husband Keith Urban’s real estate portfolio spans the globe, with homes in New York, Los Angeles, Nashville, and Sydney.
Sydney has always held a special place in Australian Nicole’s heart, and the Big Little Lies actress often retreats from the spotlight to enjoy quiet holidays at her farmhouse.
According to Insider, the Bunya Hill property was purchased in 2008 and is now worth A$6.5 million. Nicole previously told Vogue that she enjoys the “simplicity, air and peace” of her farm, which she shares with her husband and their two daughters, Faith and Sunday.

The 111-acre farm in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales is home to alpacas, cows and goats.
Since purchasing the property, the couple has added numerous amenities, including a 18-meter pool, gym, and full-size tennis court.
To celebrate Christmas 2021, Nicole posted a photo of herself being kissed by her pet alpaca on a farm. She wrote, “Holiday kisses from us to you.”
Moulin Rouge! The actress also shared a snapshot of herself immersed in farm life, bottle-feeding a baby goat with the caption: “Holiday chores.”

In another Instagram post, Nicole showed her followers a trampoline on the farm’s property, set against a backdrop of rolling, pristine hills.
She captioned the photo, adding, “Photos taken right after Sunday gave us some great director’s notes: ‘Jump higher mom’ and ‘Don’t be scared.'”

The property features traditional sandstone lanais, pressed metal ceilings, a grand carved cedar staircase, and 10 original marble fireplaces.
Nicole showed off the staircase that led to the imposing black double doors as she posed for the photo.

When she gave fans a tour of her home in response to Vogue’s 73 Questions, she revealed a number of rooms that haven’t been seen yet, including a game room. The room exuded old-world charm with a pool table in the center, wooden dresser, green lighting, and sash windows.

Outside, Nicole led Vogue to another stone cottage for visitors. There was a basic white kitchen, and Nicole picked up a wicker basket filled with lavender, eggs, and jam.

In addition to the farm, they also own several properties in North Sydney’s luxury building Latitude at Milsons Point, including a penthouse apartment they bought in 2009 and an adjoining penthouse.
These combine to create a mega-apartment, and in 2021 Nicole added a sub-penthouse apartment with stunning harbor views to the collection.
When they’re not in Australia, Nicole and Keith have access to a sprawling 20-room mansion in Nashville that cost $4.89 million, as well as a $6.77 million home in Beverly Hills and a $13.53 million designer duplex in Chelsea, New York. You can get it.
